Very bad service

Bought a product online - after 3 days we just phoned them to find out when delivery will take place or can we maybe collect the lady took our nr never came back to us phone again to speak to Chante in despatch we cant talk to her as she is busy packing parcels. We ask if we can collect the item she said she doest know only Chante will know but we cant talk to her.
