Abosultly useless.. After about six fone calls making sure as to what I want they still managed to get the wrong product sent to me. Just getting the wrong product back to them, getting a credit, then reordering.. Man I can't wait to see how this is going to work out. At this point i can't advise anyone to order from Livestainable simply because your chance of getting the wrong product is massive.

Hi Marita.
This is what i ordered...
The system is a 20inch Big Blue water filter system.. Right.
I ordered as follows ;
3 x 20micron filters.
3x 5micron filters.
3x 1micron filters.
Now this is what i received...
3x 1micron..for a 10inch filter system.
If this is not totally clear I am very happy to whatsup a foto to you for better clarity.
