Bought a Victron Multiplus II GX. They were the cheapest around at the time. Put 32k down via EFT payment.

Before ordering, I enquired ETA and they were honest enough to tell me 3 weeks. This was during a time of heightened load-shedding, where all stores were running out of inverter stock. They were honest about the timelines instead of just trying to make a sale.

Even when Transnet strikes were happening, Stephanie kept me updated and tried to deliver on their ETA (which they did).
