They are not as reliable as they claim to be.
The service they gave us was pretty bad. They didn't deliver the parcel and after doing the follow-up with the courier company twice, they said they haven't received the parcel. LiveStainable denied those allegations. We requested that they cancel the order and refund us, they simply ignored us.
We wanted to rate them on their website, but they only publish the reviews they like. We wish we could share the screenshots or proof of the dialog between us and them.

29 Aug 2022, 10:59hi, please note the parcel was with the supplier not with us, we then had to follow up with the supplier as to why they do not give the parcel to the couriers. We did cancel your order and we did refund you in full. we did not ignore you at all.
