Terrible after sales service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from LiveSustainable. I purchased a Victron Bluetooth adapter from them, only to receive a defective product upon delivery. When I contacted them about the issue, I was told that I would need to ship the product back at my own expense and that it could take up to three weeks for Victron to respond. I asked for a refund, but was later informed that the unit was actually functioning properly and only needed a software upgrade. I was instructed to arrange for my own courier to pick up the product, which I found to be unreasonable and a result of their mistake. The after-sales service was unsatisfactory and left a negative impression on me. I will not be shopping with them again in the future.
