Stay away from Livestainable

I have a faulty lithium battery. I have tried three times to get a response to my request for service, both on their ticketing system and email. Apart from a generic automated response, my requests are all ignored and no response from them. Don't buy from them you are going to loose all your your money. STAY AWAY
