Slow unhelpful service

Good pricing I have oderd a few things from them. Shipping slow took 7 days to send stuff out that acroding to the website said 1 working day. Witch I payed for!!!! No one seems to no what's going on. The normal ill phone you back never did. I am not the only one he said you guys are slow with tern around times
