Shoddy Service
It's sad to experience such shoddy service!! Clearly this company is not geared up for eCommerce, it took a week and item was not yet sent out!! Awaiting refund, will see how long that takes!! No apologies from the team, no attempt to retain the customer at all, guess its all about attitude.
