Risky business...questionable priorities

Similar to several other comments, I have placed and paid for my order on 8 April. After a week of not receiving any updates on my order, I had to remind them about my order and then I was promised to receive my tracking number on the same day (17 April). I then had to follow up again after no response received on 19 April, and I only received my tracking information on 23 April, after using the chat feature on their website. Apparently, the landline number is faulty, and the WA was online a month ago (at the time). Order information was not available on the website either. I was relieved to receive the goods yesterday, but certainly not a good experience.

This was the first time, and the last time I'm spending my money with Livestainable...
