Rated at 4 stars, deserves 5 but ignoring other customers issues.

My personal experience with them deserves a rating of 5, based on three orders placed with them over a period of many months. I always made sure that the items were in stock though. The reason for me rating them below 5 is that their management does not reply to issues raised by other (disgruntled) customers - even if they regard the issue as a customer's fault. If management cared about their image, they would reply to show some respect to customers.
