Potentially good online provider BUT DELIVERY SIDE and POOR COMMUNICATION LETS THEM DOWN

Potential to be a good online business but repeats emails stating "order **** fulfilled" despite no actual delivery. They do provide a tracking number for third-party delivery service, tracking which stated on its way as of 23rd Nov........online order originally stated delivery 26th to 27th Nov (so I made sure I was home on those days) but as of today, 30th Nov I still have no idea when the actual delivery is actually going to take place! I had to remind livestainable that an order is not complete until vender receives payment and the customer has received the items ordered.
