Pathetic Service

I ordered 4 rechargeable fans on pedestals online and obviously paid for them only to be now told that their supplier, Brightstar, has no stock and the ETA is 18th December 2023. Now I am being asked if I would rather take something else or wait. God I ordered fans so that is what I want , not an aircon or anything else. Due to load shedding I require rechargeable fans for obvious reasons. This false advertisment is misleading to the public and build up hopes , why advertise a product whe nyou dont have astock
