Over charging
I have sent a email regarding the invoice amount and my actual SnapScan payment. You guys over charged me by R209 .
Pleas can someone get back to me asap. My email was sent on the 1st of April 2021

08 Apr 2021, 10:04Hi Charldin, for ease of internal processing your two orders were consolidated (Orders 92485 and 92372) , the new order number 92458 was then the consolidated order. However , the system did not take into account the two shipping fees (One for each order) that were paid and needed to be combined. (Human error) Then the system did not calculate VAT on the Victron Energy 12V/22Ah AGM Deep Cycle Battery. (Consolidated to order 92458) At the time the price was R 826.72 Ex Vat The Vat amount woudl be R 124 + The shipping Fee R 85 incl. = R 209. Thanks to this little scenario, we were able to add ajax update to all orders when changes are made. The shipping will have to be manually updated though. In closing, you were not overcharged. Please reconsider this review.
