No communication from LiveStainable on significant order delay

I have never ordered from LiveStainable before but was encouraged to do so from the many happy reviews on their website about their good service and fast delivery of orders. Unfortunately I have not had the same experience. I order 4 items on a Sunday and received email confirmation on the Monday that the order was being processed. No further updates!

I contacted them via email on the Thursday (5 days after placing my order) and again on the Friday and finally called them on the following Monday (8 days after placing my order) to find out what was happening with my order, only to them be told that the supplier was out of stock and my order would "possibly" only be delivered in another 8 days' time. Why had not kept my informed? Should the order be delivered next Tuesday, it would be 15 days since placing my order!!

If I had know this I would not have placed my order with LiveStainable and I definitely will not be using them again.
