Misslead and upset

I ordered 1lprotec complete 350 and 1l sipermetrien.first I recieve 10 500g rat poision. Did call them and mail them Lukely they come and collect it.and apologize for the big mistake Then send me a total different product obviously cheaper than I ordered and a open bottel of sipermetrien that messed up every thing. Very un professional . I cannot see that I will ever again buy from them. It seems that this is not a honest compony
