Misrepresented discounts

A week ago LiveStainable was selling a total gas geyser for around 8k (similar price range with other retailers of the same product) & offered a 6% discount bringing it 2 around 7,9k. A week later the same product unit price is moved up to 10k & they offering a discount of 25% (black friday promotion) on it which totals 7,9k. This is surely wrong & ********* as they simply moved the unit price up 2 create an impression of a higher discount offer on the item where else there hasn't been an massive discount on the unit from the initial 6%.
