Livestainable shopping experience

This was my first time shopping experience with Livestainable, and as with all first time purchases you try the company out with something small to test the experience. I was impressed with their online shopping website - easy to navigate, catalogue is impressive, item descriptions are informative - but it was the customer experience management that did it for me. The follow up check before purchasing was handled efficiently by the call taker, the post delivery check that all was OK and on time was within an hour of delivery, and of course the payment security process all worked as expected. In these challenging times most items need to be couriered and the shipping cost was acceptable to keep the cost competitive. Needless to say they deserve the 5 stars and further shopping will be a cer*****y. Highly recommended as an online shopping site.
