LiveStainable orders
Shocking at best, lack of information on the website when buying an item causing customers to make mistakes on there own cost, returns taking forever and the general service smell of gross incompetency at best....

13 Dec 2022, 21:49Hi Mr Ronald, Apologies for the confusion. Our catalogue manager has had to deal with datsheets gone missing from all products after we have had a redesign of our website. We are currently working on resolving the issue. We understand however that we were able to resolve your order satisfactorily?

14 Dec 2022, 16:11It is very good to hear that it is not my fault for buying a DC charger that will never work. What I then do not get is what I have to pay for the delivery to get it back to LiveStainable and pay for the delivery to get the right DC charger back to me. Also why I still do not have the right DC charger in my hands.
