I bought equipment to the value of R9000+ including three 330w pv panels. On delivery one was badly damaged. I asked for a replacement and they refused stating I should have taken out insurance on my delivery. Company's like TAKEALOT we do not have bad service like this. I had to buy another solar panel at my expense. It's so sad at the bad service we receive from some online retailers.
