Bad delivery service, it took 17 days to deliver goods, They do not return my calls.

13 May 2022, 20:59Hi Jan, i do apologise for the experience you had. Please not your delivery took 8 days in total not 17 as these where weekends and holiday days included. This however is not an excuse and your items should have been delivered much faster. Again I do apologise for this. And you as a customer are very important to us and I will look into this internal problem to make sure this will not happen again.
