Impressive website, but rotten service after they took your money. Do not waste your time and money here.

Order placed on 29 Nov and received confirmation with order number the same day. From there there is NO communication from them. Their shipping policy on point 2 and 5 is a lie as they do NOT follow their own policy. They do NOT respond to emails to their support team, requesting a tracking number. Had to call them on 8 Dec to request a tracking number. Have no answer on my query to date. Rather support Amazon than this Pretoria based business
