Good Shopping Experience but Room for Improvement

My online experience has been pretty good so far but I can't comment on their returns policy or whether they honour their product guarantees as I have not currently had any issues with respect to my purchases (touch wood).

Order status feedback is pretty good although delivery timeframe is not the quickest out there. But (to be fair) delivery usually takes place within the stated period indicated on their website.

However, an ongoing issue I have with this company is the poor packaging of items for courier delivery. I have raised this issue with them before but have yet to see any real improvement. Would have second thoughts ordering anything really fragile - irrespective of the price. Hence the 4-star rating.
