Fail to deliver

I've ordered a garbage bin on the 3rd of Jun and still haven't heard nothing from them. I now ask them when are they going to deliver and they told me tomorrow which it was supposed to be on the 11th of Jun. The 11th Jun I email them and they told me it's on its way till to date.

Today the 13th Jun I email them asking what's going on, no reply. I than ask for the refund still no refund.

Please don't buy from that shop if you don't want to regret. But I still want it delivered or my money back please
