Expectations set and met.

Delivery of most of my items was within the stipulated timelines. Although some of the timelines may have been longer than I would have liked, the expectations were suitably set.

Sadly, some of my items were damaged in transit. I was promptly informed about the damage before it arrived. My banking details were requested to effect the partial refund and the money reflected in my account in a few days. I am appreciative that the refund process was as smooth as it was.
