Delivery time and product information

Ordering process was good and with no hassle. The delivery however was not as promised. I placed the order on 28 November and the delivery was stated for 30 November. Each day delivery was postponed and the product was only delivered on 5 December. The actual time we waited is not the issue but the fact that I could not plan anything else as I had to be home to take delivery and I never knew when it will be delivered.

Another problem I have is that the products need to be installed and there are no installation manual or wiring diagram included in the package. This make the installation more difficult and extended as I now need to search for the information to ensure good installation.
