Delivery of wrong item - LiveStainable insist that I order an item that I didn't

I ordered an eurolux floodlight 50W. I received a different brand. When I requested the exchange I kept saying the item is exaclty the one that I ordered. Just difficult to get my order right, even after sending the invoice with the picture and name of the original item ordered. Do not recommend at all.
