Looked at this company, and decided to try them out as they look shaky, same women who answers the phone is the sales women, manager and support person. Bought a face cap and some watch batteries, cheap items, paid More for delivery then the items, however when the package arrived, it was missing the capacitor, called them sent emails and so on to no avail, the capacitor cost R12 +/- , so I am lucky that I did not spend more with them, If you want to spend on their products , spend an amount you can afford to loose, else they going to take you for a ride. I Don't trust this company, especially after my experience. And from the reviews here I called it right, they are going to rip you off given the opportunity.

Good day, Your statements are not true. My team has been in constant contact with you regarding the "missing item". We have proved that the items was shipped.  It was included in your parcel and the POD was signed indicating you recieved all items.  In good faith, we have ordered the item that you misplaced and decided to ship it to you.

Let me correct you, all calls was initiated from my side , no one from your team contacted me, I also have CCTV cameras at my place and video footage of opening the parcel revealing I did not receive the capacitor, nonetheless you ordered the part and having it shipped to me , means allot to me, as soon as I get my item I will notify all here, which will show that your business can be trusted and having said that, you will have my support and all those that are reading this will surely have a sense that your company has credibility, hence they may buy from you again. I will wait patiently for my shipment. I am sure all is waiting to see if I receive this or not, my promise is as soon as I have it in my hand I will be sure to update all here. Let see if you Mae good on what you said here.
