I just want to give a shout out to this company for outstanding communication and customer care. Sure, the order was delayed by a few days. The original courier had issues which I could clearly see on the waybill. When I contacted livestainable they were already on it, had switched to an alternative courier and were empathetic towards me. These things happen in less established businesses, but it is the way you treat the customer that matters. I encourage people to give them a try as they improve their logistics as behind the scenes there are clearly people with strong values and principles working hard to meet your expectations.
