Buyer beware, buy at your own risk. Stay far away from Live Sustainable. Delivery times are VERY long. If you buy a product and it is not right, they are not keen to exchange. Please read their exchange policy before you purchase. There are far more customer-centric companies in the market that offer the same services.

11 Nov 2022, 13:32Good day, you bought a Victron Charger from us. Our return policy state items can be return if it has not been used, installed and in original packaging. You mentioned to us that you have tested the item and found it is not sufficient for your system and not strong enough. So this means the item is not in a resell able condition. I cannot send this charger to another client if it has already been used. If the item was faulty it is a different story.
