Broken light and no customer service
I ordered the Eurolux LED ceiling light and it arrived bent out of shape. I contacted Livestainable with the issue and to date still waiting for a response. Do yourself a favour and buy from anywhere else except livestainable.

20 Dec 2023, 16:53Livestainable responded with the following email after I returned the bent light and provided photos of the damaged packaging and light.
“We received the item, I just inspected the item and there seems to be nothing wrong. I placed it on a table on all 4 sides and it is completely flat on the table. We are open until the 22nd if you would like to collect your item this year, otherwise, we open on the 8th then you can come to collect or send a courier.“
So much for treating your customers fairly… Stay FAR AWAY from this company! You have been warned!
