BAD Service

I have been blocked by Henk <***> . Henk, the owner sold and installed a Booster pump and Big 3 water filters +- 7 days ago. There is a problem and NOW he is refusing to HONOUR his warranties. He now says it is too far to come out. IF it was too far, why did he install it?? I have sent him videos of the problem and still he gives excuses. I HAVE no leaks on the property, I sent him a video of my water municipality meter. He needs to sort this out, OR get someone to fix it . Either the pump is faulty or the filters are.. I open a tap for a second, and the pump runs for over half an hour, which is wrong.. I sent him all and STILL he refuses . *** Henk <***>
