Bad delivery service. No afterservice assistance.
2nd order with Livestainable that takes more than a week for delivery, this last order was delivered in Cape Town despite providing the correct delivery address in Rustenburg, North West. Livestainable was emailed, to no avail. Our clients are awaiting installation, which reflects poorly on our company. Please exercise caution before placing an order.

We would like to clarify that your order was not delivered in Cape Town. It was incorrectly routed to George by the courier, even though the delivery address was correctly captured as Rustenburg, North West. This was a courier error and not due to any issue with the address provided.
We also sent you an email yesterday and attempted to call you to provide an update, but unfortunately were unable to reach you.
The parcel is already on its way back to your correct address, and we are closely monitoring the progress to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologise for the delay and the inconvenience caused. We understand how this affects your business and are doing everything we can to resolve it quickly.
