Bad customer service

Bought a UPS from them and the battery started to fail after 8 months. I couriered it to them at my own cost and after examination, they said it was normal wear and tear and refused to honour the warranty. I asked for my UPS back since they won't replace it and they gave me an address in Johannesburg, which isn't even theirs, where I can pick it up myself. Atrocious customer service!
