Bad customer care support and poor delivery service.

I placed an order on 15 July 2025, Order 51754. The incorrect order was delivered along with some correct products. After many unanswered email and phone calls the balance of the order was delivered today 13 August 2025 - 4 weeks to get my order!! I can understand the courier may have mixed the order or part of it got lost but the customer care support, feedback, communication left me with a feeling that its a one man band that has no urgency in getting a delivery mixup resolved and prioritised.
