Bad bad after sales service.

Be aware of this company. They give the image of a legitimate company but they are actually ********. There service seems good when they take your money for a product, you'll get it quite quick. BUT the problems & excuses start if you want to return something even when if its faulty & not working right. They will try everything not want to refund you and you may end up loosing your money. BE WARNED. These people give VERY BAD after sales service and you will buy from them at your peril. I've bought lots of products from Takelot & have had to return several....Without any issues you will get your refund from takealot..but not these guys. I may have to end up going to the small claims court with them, that's how bad they are. BEWARE!!!!

hi Albert, this is not true. we have communicated with you from the start suggesting solutions. you bought a geyser from us and installed the geyser, after installing you whats-app us and told us it not working. we then asked the supplier what we should do they suggest you phone them, to which you said your not going to do we must do it, we then did and they did phoned you to hear what was wrong and that they will phone you back. but you did not want to wait you then removed the geyser and then returned it back to us. we asked for the COC to which you did not supply. I then suggest we will send the unit in to the supplier once it was returned and they will then test the unit to which we will refund you once we heard back from them that the unit is indeed faulty.(we did tell you this in email which you did not reply to) we have not received the unit back to do any of the above yet.
