I bought cargo pants from Lifesoez on the 12th of May 2025

I bought cargo pants from Lifesoez on the 12th of May 2025. 13 may they sent an email to say its been dispatched and that i can track it. I have been unable to track and i am not getting any response from emails sent to them. Its been more than 2 weeks.
