Livescribe

I purchased a Live Scibe wifi Pen just over 3 years ago. It developed a problem with the Pen Name and I contacted Livescribe through their service line.<br> They have informed me that the software cannot be updated or the pen reset and that as the pen is 8 months out of warranty they will not replace it.<br> These pens are R3000 and there is obviously a design fault (many others also if you research) and they have now discontinued the Pen.<br> There is no reset button (now introduced on later versions).<br> this is disgusting service and I would advice people to avoid these pens as they are expensive and the back up is very poor and they will walk away trying to get you to buy another one.
