Livegood.com online ******** stole money from me!!

On the 24th of June 2022 at exactly 14:03 a transaction of R388, 39 was taken from credit catd by this company, when enquiring im told i signed up for this, i dont even know what this is. I know for a fact that i never signed up for such. While speaking to the online operator telling them to give back my money they further deduct a R117, 36 9 minutes after that 1st deduction they made.

These people are ******** telling me they can gibe my money bacj there is no way money would have been deducted if i did not give out my personal information. What information did i give out, im not a child, i would not just sign up for something and not know i did that. Furthermore after saying that il report it the agent Gio offers me a 50% refund and that with the remaining balance i must buy online. I refused and he started telling me about a 72 hour turn around time for a supervisor. All i want from these people is to give me back my money, worse part is i always put my credit card on a 0 balance limit to avoid such things, so i dont understand how they wera able to take money when my account was on a 0 balance. So disgusted and annoyed that we wakr up early to go improve our lives and our childrens, then randomn online copmanies just take the decision to take money from us just like that. Im awfully disgusted and warning oeople to be aware of such. I want my money, all of it from this Livegood.Com company that decided to ***** and de**** me!!!
