Superb customer service!

Livecopper provide some of the best customer service I've experienced in South Africa - they called me to confirm that they had received my order, went out of their way to help me source a kitchen sink that I was having trouble finding, and gave me great advice on a number of other parts I needed for my kitchen and bathroom renovation.
