Poor service and deplorable quality of products

I have had a couple of problems now with livecopper. The first was when we had a missing "Aldo recessed fitting". Unfortunately we only opened the package much later after it was delivered and discovered the missing item. I tried to reach out to livecopper but they insisted that the fitting was delivered. Currently I have quality issues with other items purchased from them. Two of the Fumagalli Wall Lights are not working and the up down facing latterns have water entering them and is causing our main electric line to short. The Fumagalli lights have just been installed recently and the up down facing latterns are meant to be outdoor lights. We have serious safety concerns and would describe the quality of products delivered to be questionable. My initial interaction to raise a compliant has been futile. Do not use livecopper if you care about quality and safety. Very unreliable and very poor after sales service.
