Cracked a basin at home and needed an exact replacement - this was the only site with stock I could find online so ordered and paid (admit to a bit of crossed fingers after paying...). But pleasantly surprised. They delivered pretty much as their site stated. Got dispatch email day before delivery (with courier tracking info). SMS on day of delivery and courier delivered on 3rd business day after ordering. So yeah, I'd use them again.
