Good company room for improvement

Website needs to updated more frequently, if you have an issue they try to sort it out. Having ordered three different items in various quantities from Livecopper, they informed me, very promptly, that one of the items was not available (something that they have had to do on the only other order I placed earlier this year). I had to phone a week later and ask where my order was, in order to have it fulfilled. Thereafter it arrived the next day. Once Livecopper have got your goodies together and are aware they have said items, their logistics team are very efficient. If you phone them you will end up with a better customer experience. Good company, room for improvement.
