Dont do business with livecopper

I am a small business owner, a good client of mine required an inverter system. I was recommended to try Livecopper, sales rep Dean told me he can get that for and will beat the current quote that i have. Dean beat my current quote and supp**** inverter. All was good until this point. Upon installation the electrician noticed no charging unit was supp****. Called livecopper, Dean after much fumbling, mentioned thats an extra charge!! Then i mentioned he asked me to email my current quote and he will match everything and beat price, then he said he missed the charger out!!! Now i had to pay out of my own pocket for a charging unit, as client was invoiced and paid already. Charging units arrives , get electrician again connects everything, works for about a week, then just keeps tripping. Get electrician again to check again. Call Dean he says maybe electrician didnt setup correct, pay for another electrician. same out come, after 2 months of this. i convince Dean to take the unit back and check whats the problem. Dean then starts giving me the run around. Eventually responds , he supp**** wrong charging unit!!!. Unit still has not worked from the point we got it. Mutiple emails and calls which i have a record off and till to date problem not sorted, its almost a year now!!! Be careful dealing with livecopper!!! staff just ignore emails and feed you lies. Its become a sore point between me and my client. They are costing me a good client. STAY AWAY from Livecopper!!!!
