Is LiveAboard.com a ****mer?

We received such wonderful service from LivaAboard.com for our Croatia trip until we had paid in full. All our flights, accommodation, visas and everything was paid for and organized and 6 wells before our trip our cruise get cancelled because they didn’t have enough bookings for that cruise. Now they can organize a more expensive one for us at our cost. Are they ****mers?
