Booking refund

<p>It is sad to share my experiance with the company, as we made a booking on a trip where they had a open space. We made the booking and paid our deposit same day.</p> <p>Unfortunately 5 day's later we leared that due to health reason we had to cancel.</p> <p>THen we were told that 60% of our deposit will not be refunded, I requested that this beieng transfered to a next trip which they declined.</p> <p>I think this is a nice way making money and want to share this warning experiance with anybody making a booking with this company in future.</p>
