At first, line of communication was frustrating. However, I had a very pleasant experience in general at Opera Plaza especially service provided by reception lady by the name of Surprise. She consistently provided exceptional service by attentively listening to my concerns, responded with patience and resolving issues efficiently. She is very understanding and helpful. I am completely impressed with her professionalism and extraordinary customer service. What a sweet, calm lady with a friendly demeanour who handles client’s issues with due diligence. She is indeed an asset to this company.
