Very dissapointed client.

I visited the Salon on Friday 25 August, for Hight lights and a blow wave, that should have been a relaxing experience, however it turned out to be exactly the opposite. The stylist started with my foiles and after the foiles was removed my hair was grey instead of a golden blond. Back to the basin and some colour treatment my hair was light brown. Back to the basin and further colour treatment my hair final colour was after 4 hours almost golden blond without high lights. She appologised for the bad experiance and assured me that none of the products used to do the correction will have a damaging affect on my hair, however after my first was my hair felt like grass. Sorry to say that I'm very dissapointed in the Salon and the fact that they charged me R1650 for this bad experience.
