Dishonest sales

Litts motor spares shop in Kempton Park Corner Long street and Pretoria provided unprofessional service to us. We purchased brake pads and a disc parts over 1k. The salesman LM stacked the parts on counter and I proceeded to pay. When I got to security he checked amount of boxes and I left with parts stacked on top of each other. When ee got home to fit the part. The middle box for one brake pad was empty. I spoke to Bev the manager who was rude hostile and not helpful. When I explained we need the part urgently can she check her cameras she said she doesn't have cameras that can trace the sale. She proceeded to slam the phone in my ear. Only when I requested a refund and legal action did they eventually refund me. Please check every box and make sure they don't sell you empty boxes by misleading you and stacking it to make you think everything is in the box. Bev has no interpersonal s****s and is a nightmare to deal with. I will never shop at Litts ever again.
