POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I have ordered a product from their website 20/10/2017 and paid for it. I have send numerous communications to their support team - ticket number 72217 and they just ignore you and keeps sending you a mail that due to high volumes of shipping their would be a delay in your order. It is almost 3 months now and I still do not have the product that I paid for.
