UTTERLY DISGUSTED

Good Day to whomever it may concern

I purchased the Little Bambino trendsetter for my son on your site. I am utterly disappointed by this product that I feel words could not even explain my frustration and disappointment at this point in time. We bought the tricycle as a birthday gift for my son because he adores bikes and we needed something practical to take him for walks in and use in the mall.

1. Assembling this damn bike was painful! It took us 5 hours because there was not a spanner included in the box like there was supposed to be , the instructions must be the most unhelpful instructions I've ever read in my life nevermind the youtube video where you can't even see what the woman is doing! and then to top it off you throw all nuts , bolts , washers and *****s in the same flipping plastic bag and your clients need to guess what goes where !!

2. We finally have the damn thing assembled but now we have to take it somewhere to get the tyres pumped up and the handle bar tightened because a spanner wasn't included!

3. BUT GUESS WHAT , The ****** thing doesn't even fit into a normal car / fold up even near compactible to go into the car , Please explain how you could possibly think that a stroller bike would be a good idea if it cannot even fit into the parents vehicle ??!!

4. We are lucky enough to have a Toyota Fortuner in the family and if we fold up the back seats (Very impractical) we can fit the bike into the car (BARELY!!!) so now we can go get the wheels pumped finally.

5. ONLY to finally be using the bike and the front wheel is impossible to steer and goes in its own direction the entire time!!! spinning the freaking thing in circles the entire time! BUT then we start hearing noises as if something is breaking and it's the brake holds on the wheels breaking off as the bike is being pushed !!!??

Please make it make sense to me how we spent R2000 on this utter piece of ****!! we feel ****** blind!

I'm beyond disgusted at the quality of this product!

I would like to list this as a formal complaint and request someone from little bambino make contact with me ASAP. I would like a refund for this waste of my time , energy and money!

We have kept the box and all relevant paperwork.

I await your response.
